Wellys is a comprehensive operations platform built specifically for independent pharmacies and pharmacy groups. The system unifies every aspect of pharmacy operations from the point of sale through inventory management, procurement workflows, and analytics into a single, easy-to-use platform.

For pharmacy owners, Wellys eliminates the need to juggle multiple disconnected systems. Staff can process sales, track stock levels, place orders, and analyze business metrics all from one interface. This unified approach reduces training time, minimizes errors, and gives owners real-time visibility into their entire operation.

The platform handles the unique complexities of pharmacy operations, including batch-level traceability for medicines (critical for regulatory compliance), multi-location management for pharmacy groups, and real-time stock synchronization across branches.

Independent pharmacies relied on disconnected tools - paper purchase orders, spreadsheet stock tracking, and manual cash reconciliation - creating data silos and audit gaps.

Medicines must be tracked by lot (batch) from supplier through storage to point of sale. Existing systems could not handle batch-level accuracy at scale.

The system is available both on desktop and as a mobile app, so staff can ring up sales, check stock, or process returns from anywhere in the store. It also works offline, critical for pharmacies in areas with unreliable internet, and automatically syncs when connectivity is restored.

The platform supports unlimited team members on a single workspace, with workspace-level features that everyone can access - no per-user pricing gatekeeping. Teams can build custom forms without coding, manage projects, track client relationships, and access 14 built-in backoffice modules, all from one place.

Available in both English and French, Sept-Marianne is built for teams that want flexibility without complexity. The system gives business owners precise control over what each team member can see and do, without forcing them into rigid pre-built roles.
